While in the middle of moving, planning a party is not high on my list of priorities. I suppose I could use all the boxes as seating and tables. However, new house= much more space of entertaining. So this weeks theme is Let's Have A Party.
I really want a home bar. Neither Lane or I drink very much, but I just love how it looks. I am thinking that I will get one, use it for a tea/coffee station most of the time, but could use it for a bar area during parties.
I think this idea is adorable for a Birthday or New Year's Eve party. I love the individual bottles of champagne, and the presentation is really cute.
I love the decorations in this picture. I think it wouldn't be too hard to make, and you could also use paint sample sheets. The ombre effect would be really pretty.
We used to play croquet every Easter Sunday at my Grandmother's house. It is such a fun game, relaxed but still competitive enough to make it interesting. I love the idea of having a summer bbq with croquet and lemonade in mason jars. Tea in glass drink dispensers is also lovely.
And what would I wear to this wonderful summer party?
Nothing says summer like a seersucker dress.
Oh! Party, party, party! Love the drink carts with all the yummy alcohol on top :) And you cant have a summer party without the mason jars and seersucker dress. Cute!
